My homemade sweets are baked-to-order and are perishable. My handcrafted paper goods are made-to-order and may be personalized. Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of the products I create, I cannot accept returns or issue refunds, unless your order arrives damaged (applies to handcrafted paper goods only). Circumstances pending, I will issue a credit or send a re-order. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

If you are not happy with your order or your product arrives damaged, please contact me at 573.772.5522 within 24 hours of receipt. Kindly email a detailed description of the issue with photos of the outer shipping box and the damaged item(s) to minjones@bakedpaper.com. Together we will work it out. I want your experience with Baked Paper to be a positive one and more importantly, I want you to be happy with your purchase.

You may cancel your order prior to receiving an order confirmation. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled - the process to bake or make something especially for you starts immediately!
